Vino Volo serves wines by the glass or in tasting flights as well as a full menu of gourmet small plates. All wines poured are available for purchase by the bottle, allowing passengers to buy wines to take on their flight or have them shipped home.
Menu: A list of 25-40 hand-selected wines organized into themed tasting flights of three glasses each, including many wines from Washington and Oregon. The list of wines rotates regularly. The menu of elegant small plates, created to pair with the wines, includes artisan cheeses, a prosciutto and brie sandwich, roasted chicken breast salad, dry cured meats and smoked salmon rolls. All menu items and unopened wine purchases can be carried on your flight.
